After your payment, we require some personal information like your shipping address, name, and order details in order to complete your order. If you choose to subscribe to Neférte emails, we may send personalized emails for products and updates that best suit your skincare needs.

All customers are provided with a tracking number via USPS once the order has shipped.
Shipping may take up to one week in the United States and 3 or more weeks outside of the United States.
If you have provided an incorrect shipping address, we may be able to fix it PRIOR to the departure of your item. We cannot correct your shipping address after your item has departed our ship/receive facility. Furthermore, we will not provide a refund if an incorrect shipping address was given to us and not corrected before shipping.
To ensure that your package is properly delivered and you receive shipment within the time frame we advertise, please make sure your address is fully entered and correct. Use correct abbreviations and have spaces inserted properly, we do not take responsibility for the incorrect information. If the package is returned non-deliverable we will issue a refund for the net price of your item(s) minus the shipping charge.
Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you refuse any shipments from neferte.com, you will be held responsible for the original shipping charges, plus the cost of returning the package to us. This amount will be deducted from any credit issued.
Customs charges may be charged in international orders. Customs charges are paid upon receiving the package, and are the responsibility of the customer.
We will ship to PO Boxes via USPS. However, expedited shipping is not available to a PO Box.
If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it, you must contact the delivery carrier (either the United States Postal Service or FedEx – depending on the shipping method selected) and address the issue directly with them. Neferte does not hold or accept responsibility for packages that have been stated as delivered by the carrier. We do not issue refunds or credits for packages that the carrier confirms as being delivered.
Just a reminder that you will receive your order 1-20 business days from the date that it is shipped out, not necessarily from the date that it is placed, depending on the shipping method selected and final destination of the order. After your payment is authorized and verified, it can still take 24-48 hours to process your order. This is just an estimate, and doesn't include weekends or holidays. When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.
